All required 10DLC disclosures for Apex TalentPipeline's SMS notification program. Effective May 11, 2026.
Users provide their phone number voluntarily through Apex TalentPipeline's web-based application or profile forms. Opt-in is explicit and requires an affirmative action — no phone numbers are added to the SMS program without the user's knowledge and consent.
Opt-In Disclosure shown to users:
By providing your phone number, you agree to receive SMS text messages from Apex TalentPipeline regarding your application status, interview scheduling, and pipeline updates. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for support. View our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Opt-In Type: Web form — users check an explicit consent checkbox or submit a form that includes the above disclosure before SMS messages are sent.
Opt-In Confirmation Message sent to user after opt-in:
Users can opt out of SMS messages at any time. Apex TalentPipeline honors all opt-out requests immediately. After opting out, no further messages will be sent except for a single confirmation.
No Sharing or Selling: Phone numbers collected for SMS notifications are never sold, shared, or rented to third parties for marketing purposes.
Sole Purpose:Phone numbers are used exclusively to deliver transactional notifications related to the user's activity on the Apex TalentPipeline platform. No promotional or marketing SMS messages are sent.
Data Retention: Phone numbers are retained only as long as the user maintains an active account or until the user opts out, whichever comes first.
Message & Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on the user's wireless carrier and plan. Apex TalentPipeline does not charge for SMS messages.

Apex TalentPipeline certifies that it will only send SMS messages to individuals who have provided express written consent to receive such messages. Apex TalentPipeline will honor all opt-out requests immediately and maintain records of all opt-in and opt-out events. Apex TalentPipeline certifies that it will not use its messaging program for deceptive, fraudulent, or abusive purposes, and that all message content will comply with applicable laws and carrier guidelines, including the TCPA, CAN-SPAM Act, and CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices.
