By accessing or using our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.
Apex TalentPipeline provides an AI-powered talent acquisition platform that enables recruiting firms and corporate hiring teams to manage candidate pipelines, distribute job postings across multiple job boards, validate and score candidates, and present qualified candidates to clients. Specific features may vary by subscription plan.
IMPORTANT — Please read this section carefully. It governs all SMS text message communications from Apex TalentPipeline.
Program Description: Apex TalentPipeline's SMS program delivers transactional notifications related to your use of our talent acquisition platform, including application status updates, interview scheduling confirmations, pipeline stage changes, and important account notifications.
How to Opt In: You opt in to receive SMS messages by voluntarily providing your mobile phone number through our platform and checking the SMS consent box on our registration or application forms. Your opt-in constitutes your express written consent to receive text messages from Apex TalentPipeline.
Opt-In Confirmation: Upon opting in, you will receive a confirmation message such as: "You're now opted in to Apex TalentPipeline SMS notifications. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help."
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your account activity. You may receive up to 5 SMS messages per active application or hiring cycle. Frequency may be higher during active recruiting periods.
Supported Carriers: SMS messages are supported by major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others. Carrier support may vary.
Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Apex TalentPipeline does not charge for SMS messages, but your wireless carrier may charge for messages sent and received.
How to Opt Out (STOP): You may cancel SMS notifications at any time by replying STOP to any message from Apex TalentPipeline. After we receive your STOP request, you will receive one final confirmation message: "You have been unsubscribed from Apex TalentPipeline SMS notifications. No further messages will be sent. Reply START to re-subscribe." No additional messages will be sent after opt-out.
How to Get Help (HELP): Reply HELP to any Apex TalentPipeline SMS message to receive assistance. You will receive a response with support contact information. You may also contact us directly at info@pipelinepro.me.
Opt-In Keywords: You may re-subscribe to SMS notifications at any time by texting START, JOIN, or SUBSCRIBE to our SMS number.
No Third-Party Marketing: Your mobile phone number will not be sold, shared, or rented to third parties for their marketing purposes. It will only be used for the transactional purposes described above.
Age Requirement: Our SMS program is not directed at individuals under 18 years of age. By opting in, you confirm you are 18 years of age or older.
To access certain features of our platform, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Apex TalentPipeline is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these requirements.
Apex TalentPipeline offers subscription-based access to its platform. All plans require a minimum 90-day agreement. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the agreed-upon fees. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in your subscription agreement or as required by applicable law.
We reserve the right to change our pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Services after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
You agree not to use our Services to: violate any applicable law or regulation; send spam, unsolicited messages, or engage in any deceptive communication; infringe on intellectual property rights; distribute malware or harmful code; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; or engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our platform.
All content, features, and functionality of our platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — are the exclusive property of Apex TalentPipeline and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
If you use PipelinePro to process candidate data on behalf of your clients, you agree to comply with all applicable data protection laws. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary consents from candidates and for ensuring your use of our platform is lawful. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle personal data.
Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Apex TalentPipeline shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of our Services. Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Apex TalentPipeline and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of our Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason in our sole discretion.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the revised Terms on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our Services following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
